The Torpoint Pain Café is a local peer support group for people with pain. The aim is to create a space (sometimes in-person, sometimes online) for you to meet, learn and share tips and experiences.
You are not alone.

Tania Horrocks and Lynne
Tania is the Torpoint Community Hub and Library Development Manager. Tania and Lynne are both trained in the Ten Footstepsteps programme.
The Torpoint Pain Cafe runs once a month, on the last Thursday of the month, from 4-6pm in Torpoint Library and Community Hub. A very warm welcome awaits you!
The group discuss and have tried a wide range of topics, including:
- Sleep
- Reducing medication (with advice and support from a pharmacist)
- Alternative therapies such as relaxing with some sound bath, and guided meditation.
- Advice and support from a physio.
- Pacing yourself and routines
